Payment terms<\/p>\n\n
E-commerce payments are made through our website in an SSL-secured connection with a payment
\nand credit card, or with the online banking IDs of the most common banks. You can also pay for your
\npurchases in small installments with a flexible and affordable Collector invoice or installment. The
\nmaximum amount to be financed is EUR 5000. Funding is provided by Collector Bank AB.
\nWe accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, as well as Visa Electron. With online
\npayment, you can pay from the accounts of Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, \u00c5landbanken, S-Bank,
\nAktia, POP Bank, S\u00e4\u00e4st\u00f6pankki and Oma S\u00e4\u00e4st\u00f6pankki. You can also pay with MobilePay.

\nWe reserve the right to reject purchases made with foreign credit cards to prevent abuse.<\/strong>

\nE-commerce price information is constantly monitored. However, we reserve the right to make price
\ncorrections due to technical or human error. Prices are quoted in euros (\u20ac) and include VAT (24%).<\/p>\n\n Age limit<\/p>\n\n Purchasing from our online store requires at least 18 years of age.
\n<\/p>\n\n Delivery terms<\/p>\n\n We use the DB Schenker home delivery service. So we deliver all orders to your door. DB Schenker will
\ncontact the telephone number you have provided and agree on a delivery date and time (weekdays
\nfrom 9 am to 4 pm). You can also pick up your order from the Artome factory store itself (Syrj\u00e4l\u00e4ntie 81,
\n19110 VIERUM\u00c4KI, FINLAND). The factory store will be notified by text message when your order can be
\npicked up.
\n<\/p>\n\n Delivery costs<\/p>\n\n Artome products are delivered to the customer’s door at an additional price of 70 euros (including VAT
\n24%).
\n<\/p>\n\n Delivery time<\/p>\n\n Products will be delivered within 14 days of ordering. If the product is temporarily out of stock, we will
\nannounce the delivery time in the online store. We will always notify you of the change in delivery time
\nby e-mail. If you do not receive an order confirmation within two hours of purchase, please contact
\ncontact@artome.fi.<\/p>\n\n Warranty<\/p>\n\n All e-commerce products have product liability in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
\nThe product warranty varies between two and five years, depending on the product and the
\nmanufacturer. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. In the case of maintenance, in which there is
\nno manufacturing defect (defect in the use of the product or a defect in the product as a result of
\nincorrect use), the service has the right to charge an inspection fee.

\nReturn policy
\nThe Artome webshop complies with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6 of the Act on
\nDistance Selling.
\nThe Artome webshop grants a 14-day return policy on all products it sells. As our customer, you have
\nthe right to return the purchase within 14 days of receiving the purchase or picking it up at the factory
\nstore (Syrj\u00e4l\u00e4ntie 81, 19110 VIERUM\u00c4KI, FINLAND). When returning your purchase, be sure to include
\nyour receipt and contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address).
\nThe consumer customer is responsible for keeping the goods he receives substantially unchanged so
\nthat he is entitled to a full refund of the payment he has made in the event of cancellation.
\nThe products must be returned in their original packaging in a new condition.
\nRestrictions on the right of return
\nThe returned product must not have changed significantly. The product will be returned in its entirety
\nand in its original packaging. The product must therefore be in the same condition as the original.
\nReturn shipments can be sent free of charge as a customer return, which is agreed with the customer
\nseparately. Purchases made from the webshop can also be returned free of charge directly to the
\nfactory store (Syrj\u00e4l\u00e4ntie 81, 19110 VIERUM\u00c4KI, FINLAND) without the original packaging. Attach all the
\ndocuments related to the order to the return to speed up the processing of the return. In credit card
\npurchases, the refund amount is returned to the credit card account, in online banking payment to the
\naccount from which the purchase was paid. Delivery fee is non-refundable.
\nCollector invoice\/Installment
\nAn invoice and account credit will give you more time to pay for your ecommerce purchases. Using
\nthem, you can wait for your order to arrive in peace before paying it. You can make a payment either
\nwith a single invoice or, in smaller installments, with an overdraft, allowing you to make the amount that
\nworks best for you each month and spread the payment over a maximum of 36 months.
\nWith the invoice, you always get 45 days interest-free payment period for your e-commerce purchases.
\nThe long payment period allows you time to review your purchase and, if necessary, return it before the
\ninvoice is due. To take advantage of the payment period, you need a positive credit decision, which is
\neasy to apply for at the time of purchase. You can apply for it if you are at least 18 years old and have a
\nFinnish personal identity number and a permanent, official home address in Finland. Your credit
\ninformation is also checked from Bisnode Finland Oy’s register.
\nThe payment method can be used for purchases up to \u20ac 5,000.
\nOnce you have received a positive credit decision and confirmed the purchase, you will receive an
\ninvoice for your purchase in your email. If you want to pay the invoice in smaller parts and with a
\npayment period that suits you better (1-36 months), you must enter into a credit agreement with
\nCollector Bank for a continuous credit by logging in to My Pages at oma.collector.fi. Upon signing the
\ncredit agreement, you will be granted a credit limit that is available for subsequent purchases in
\naccordance with the credit terms.
\nWhen you have a valid credit agreement, you will only have to pay the minimum amount indicated on
\nthe invoice you received by the due date, but you can also pay a higher amount if you wish. You will
\nthen receive a monthly email invoice until your credit is fully paid. If you wish, you can also reduce your
\ncredit in installments greater than the minimum amount stated on your invoice.
\nCredit costs and credit example: In Artome’s online store, campaign conditions apply, according to
\nwhich the interest rate on the overdraft is 19.2% expressed as a nominal annual interest rate and the
\nmonthly fee is \u20ac 2.95 per month. If the granted credit limit is \u20ac 1,000 and it has been used in full for
\npurchases made from Artome’s online store and the credit is repaid within 36 months, the applicable
\npromotional terms are 28.5% annual interest, \u20ac 402 total, \u20ac 1,402 total and 36 installments. Late
\npayments will be subject to statutory reminder fees and collection costs, as well as interest for the
\ndelayed period.
